  • 1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations Customers can cancel their ride at any time before the driver has reached the pickup location. If the cancellation is made within 5 minutes of booking, there will be no cancellation charges. For cancellations made after 5 minutes of booking or after the driver has arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee will be charged.
  • 1.2 Driver-Initiated Cancellations
    In rare cases, drivers may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, personal emergencies, etc.). In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and no cancellation fee will be charged to the customer.
  • 2. Refund Policy
    If the customer cancels the ride within the allowed time frame (before 5 minutes of booking), they are eligible for a full refund. If the booking is canceled by the company or the driver, a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. If a payment was made via credit/debit card or any online payment gateway, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. .
